Welcome to Glitz & Pearls.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products

Glitz & Pearls offers premium press-on nails, including ready-to-wear, designed and/or customized nail sets and related nail accessories.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography and differences between device screens.

For handmade or customized designs, minor variations between individual nails or between the displayed sample and the final product may occur. These small differences are part of the nature of individually created nail art and are not considered defects.

2. Nail Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail measurements or selecting the appropriate size where sizing information is required.

Please carefully follow our sizing guide before placing a customized or size-specific order.

Glitz & Pearls cannot guarantee correct fitting where incorrect measurements or sizing information have been provided by the customer.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including:

Incorrect product or pricing information
Suspected fraudulent activity
Product unavailability
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
Inability to confirm a Cash on Delivery order where confirmation is required

If we cancel an order for which advance payment has already been successfully received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order nail sets are created according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of ordering.

Once work on a customized set has begun, changes may not always be possible.

Customers should therefore carefully review their selected size, shape, length, colour and design requirements before confirming a custom order.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

We may change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately or communicated before the order is finalized.

6. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed or communicated at checkout.

Where Cash on Delivery is selected, the customer agrees to provide accurate contact and delivery details and to accept and pay for the confirmed parcel upon delivery.

7. Shipping

Order preparation and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote-area access and other circumstances may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

8. Product Use

Customers should follow the application, removal and care instructions supplied by Glitz & Pearls.

Nail glue and other nail products should be used only as directed. Avoid contact with skin and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Glitz & Pearls is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, removal, storage or use contrary to the instructions provided.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Any return, exchange or refund request is subject to the Glitz & Pearls Return & Refund Policy.

Because certain nail products may be customized, made to individual measurements or affected by hygiene considerations, eligibility may differ depending on the type and condition of the product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Glitz & Pearls website, including our name, branding, logo, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, original nail designs and other original content, belongs to Glitz & Pearls or is used with appropriate permission.

Content may not be reproduced, copied, commercially used or distributed without our permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website:

For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
To interfere with the security or operation of the website
To attempt unauthorized access to our systems
To copy or misuse our intellectual property
To submit deliberately false customer or order information

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Glitz & Pearls will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the misuse of our products, inability to access our website, courier delays outside our reasonable control or failure to follow product instructions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on our website at the time of use will be the applicable version.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
